30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away at support@quubly.com with a photo and we'll sort it out immediately at no cost to you.
